But fear not, we’ll be keeping his talent on the air, we just have to find him a new time slot! We’ll miss Daniel in the afternoon and wish him the best in his new endeavors. For the next few weeks you’ll hear a variety of voices in the afternoon, including Monica Southworth who is back in town for a couple of months. We hate to say goodbye to Peggy McLaughlin, who has worked on our video archiving project for the past several months. Peggy established a database of just under 4000 video records and set up and categorized a library of all of Channel 8′s video content. The inventory portion of the project is complete and the next step is to seek funding for digitization. We appreciate all of Peggy’s hard work and wish her the best as she begins her new job as a customer service rep for TelAlaska!
